Panel - Government and crisis communication

One of the late afternoon panels at #Realconf circled around the interesting subject "government and crisis communication through real time social media".

The panel members were representatives of different governing organizations which led to interesting discussions and various examples of how and why to use channels like Twitter for crisis communication, what the benefits are and which problems you might face.
